Description: CURE Mentor Training Series - Spring 2022

The Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center and UMass Boston Research Education Core (REC) Program, in collaboration with the HMS/HSDM Office for Postdoctoral Fellows, are offering a series of mentor training workshops focused on mentorship development and shared practice for current, past, and prospective mentors. Emphasis will be placed on exploring your mentoring style, inclusive mentorship practices, and providing guidance to junior mentees (such as undergraduates). Certificates of completion* will be provided to participants who complete the mentor training series.

Please note: the Mentor Training Series workshops are highly interactive and engaging. Please be prepared to participate in the discussions and turn your cameras on when possible

Sessions will be held on Thursdays from 1:00-2:00pm over Zoom.

*Certificate of Completion: Attend Jan 20 (Introduction to Mentoring) AND Apr 14 (Addressing Diversity & Inclusion) workshops, plus at least any two others from the series.
